All courses in both programs are taught by top academics and practitioners, with vast experience and notable achievements in the study and application of human rights and international law, as well as in international commercial law.
The two program are run in cooperation with the Rothberg International School of the Hebrew University and the Minerva Center for Human Rights of HUL.
All studies take place at the Faculty of Law, situated at Mount Scopus campus in Jerusalem.
The HUL is the oldest law school in Israel, and is composed of 40 full-time professors, 100 adjunct professors, 50 instructors and 1,500 students in LLB, LLM/MA and LLD/PhD. Study tracks. The Faculty also hosts every year numerous visiting professors, visiting scholars and exchange students from abroad. Among the confirmed visiting professors for 2013-2014 are Prof. Malcolm Shaw, Prof. Robert Howse, Prof. Ruti Teitel and Prof. Tim Wu.

Admission
The LLM programs in English are open to law school graduates holding an L.L.B or J.D degree who have a good command of English. Candidates are selected on the basis of their law school grades, letters of recommendation and past academic work.

Course of Study
The L.L.M. programs consist of 32 credits taken over two consecutive semesters, including four core courses (2 credits each), a workshop (3 credits), seminars (at least two, 4 credits each), electives (1 or 2 credits each) and background courses (3 credits each). In addition, students may choose to submit an L.L.M. thesis.
Tuition
Tuition fees are $16,000, which include medical insurance and certain extra-curricular activities. All candidates currently are eligible to apply for partial tuition waivers (up to 35%) on a personal and academic basis.
