Transitional Justice beyond the State: Non-State Actors as Object and Agents in Transitional Justice Processes

An International Conference, Jerusalem, June 14-15, 2023

The Minerva Center for Human Rights at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and Tel Aviv University invites you to an international conference titled “Transitional Justice beyond the State: Non-State Actors as Object and Agents in Transitional Justice Processes”. With the help of leading international and local scholars and practitioners from a variety of disciplines and professional backgrounds, the conference will look at the role of non-State actors - armed groups, private companies, municipalities, museums, archives, civil society organizations, and others – both in terms of responsibility for the commission of abuses and/or as agents of change and transition.

The conference will be held at the Mount Scopus campus of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem on June 14-15, 2023.
