פרויקט Just Lab, במימון המועצה האירופית למחקר (ERC), מזמין דוקטורנטיות/ים, חוקרות/ים ואקדמאיות/ים בראשית דרכם להגיש הצעות למאמרים.

הפרויקט מממן מחקרים הבוחנים את ההצטלבות בין דיני עשיית עושר ולא במשפט לבין סוגיות של מדיניות ציבורית, תוך התמקדות בליטיגציה למען האינטרס הציבורי והשפעת המשפט הפרטי על סוגיות גלובליות.

The project funds research exploring the intersection of unjust enrichment law and public policy, with a focus on public interest litigation and the role of private law in addressing global challenges.
